My Role: Every product featured in this collection was developed from concept through production. I managed the complete product development lifecycle, including product strategy, concept creation, product design, 3D rendering, technical documentation, and direct collaboration with licensors to present concepts, incorporate feedback, and secure approvals. I also partnered with overseas factories on sourcing, cost negotiation, sampling, testing, and production to bring each product to market.
